You would need to have your ID, Proof of address, Proof of bank account and for Non SA citizens a workers permit and passport in addition.
No, premiums should always be paid up to date to avoid claims from not being paid and to avoid the policy from lapsing.
We will not pay benefits if upon assessment of the claim, premiums are not paid up to date or if claims documents are invalid.
There is no cut off date for your policy and you will be covered as long as your premiums are paid up to date.
